The Certified Angus Beef® brand is a cut above USDA Prime, Choice and Select, so you can be sure every bite is flavorful, tender and juicy. Beef must pass 10 additional specifications to earn the name. In fact, only 8% of all beef meets the Certified Angus Beef® brand’s high standards.
