Paul Bardinas


President and Chief Executive Officer

A veteran of Freirich Foods since 1993, Paul Bardinas guides our company as president and chief executive officer, as well as a member of our board of directors. Formerly vice president of operations and chief operating officer, Paul has held a number of positions in Freirich operations and general management during his 15-year tenure.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, both with honors. His favorite food? A Reuben sandwich.


Dennis Arrasmith


Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Freirich Foods as vice president of operations and chief operating officer in November 2007, Dennis served as operations manager for Fiorucci Foods and quality assurance specialist at Sara Lee Corporation. With a passion for science, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Western State University with a major in molecular cellular biology. His favorite cuisine? Lasagna.


Phil Percoco


Vice President of Sales and Marketing

A member of Freirich Foods since 1988, Percoco has excelled from sales representative to his current role as vice president of sales and marketing. In this position, he focuses on honing our company's sales strategies, long-range planning, and competitive intelligence.


Doug Sokolowski


Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

In February 2008, Sokolowski joined Freirich Foods as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Previously, he served as division controller of the Carolinas for Baker Residential. Prior to Baker, he worked as division controller for Rhein Interests and corporate controller for Case Foods. Holding a bachelor degree in Financial Accounting from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC, Sokolowski is also a CPA registered in North Carolina.
