4 lbs. Freirich Corned Beef, cut into thin 1” squares
3 lbs. Cooked elbow macaroni
2 –5 oz. Cans cream of chicken soup
4 diced green peppers
3 lbs. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 medium size diced onions
Mix macaroni, chicken soup, peppers, onions, corned beef and about half of cheese. Season to taste. Fold into 12 x 20 pans. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Add balance of cheese and brown during last 10 minutes.
