2 heads of cabbage
3 lbs. Cooked Freirich Corned Beef, sliced medium thick
2 lbs small boiled potatoes
Core cabbage heads and parboil (about 15 minutes). Drain cabbage heads and separate all leaves. Wrap one slice of corned beef around a cooked cabbage leaves in a shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Serve with a spoon of melted butter and parsley on top. Serves 10-12.
