Corned Beef and Cheese Meatballs

1 lbs. Ground Freirich Corned Beef 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 1/3 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese 2 tbsp. finely chopped scallions 1/4 tsp. Coarse ground pepper 1 egg 3 tbsp. milk Butter Combine all ingredients except the butter. Shape into balls about 1 1/4” in diameter. Brown Balls in hot butter. Serve hot on toothpicks.
