Oven/Broiler Instructions:

Preheat the oven/broiler. Remove product from package and place under broiler.

Turn meat every 5 minutes until desired doneness is achieved and meat is golden brown.

Average cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes.

Verify meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 F, as measured by a meat thermometer, and rest for 3 minutes. 

Place meat on cutting board and slice thinly across the grain with a sharp knife.

Place slices on plate and pour excess juices over slices.
