Grill Instructions:

Preheat the BBQ or Broiler. Remove product from package and place on grill or in broiler .

Turn meat every 5 minutes until desired doneness is achieved and meat is golden brown.

Average cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes.

Verify meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 F, as measured by a meat thermometer, and hold for 3 minutes. 

Remove meat from grill or broiler, place meat on cutting board and slice thinly across the grain with a sharp knife.

Place slices on plate and pour excess juices over slices.
